"Chemo brain" is a relatively new term used to describe symptoms with memory and concentration that some people experience after chemotherapy. One person told me that writing notes and keeping lists helps her when she struggles with forgetfulness. Others find that focusing on a single task rather than "multitasking" improves their concentration. What has helped you cope with chemo brain symptoms? Please share your tips. Share Your Tips

Low stress/ cayenne pepper/ green tea

Hi I am 3 months into chemo I get the chemo brain. I use cayenne pepper to lift my energy levels during the day And it works / I exersice and de-stress when I need to by simply engaging in positive things only. I block all things negative till I am ready to deal with them. I get sick don't get me wrong But I use exersize to lift me. Editor's note: Thank you for sharing these tips. I think stress worsens chemo brain a lot, and your tips on destressing are a great idea.
